Eating with Ron: Chicken & Sausage Gumbo. This one of those dishes that makes your mouth water and your pores. The hardest part about making this dish is making sure you get your roux right. If you burn your Roux you better start over because the Roux is the base of a proper gumbo. I made enough for 16 people and there wasn’t a dissatisfied person in the house.

I don’t get why some photographers get so stressed out about doing weddings. I mean I get it, it is a fast pace high stress event. In the end the product is so rewarding. Carl had been discreetly listening to Jesse’s sunrise set for about an hour before he decided to come up to the top of the robot heart bus and pay his respects to Jesse (the scumfrog) who by the way was killing it! Soon as Carl got up there everyone showered him with gifts and swag. In the picture Carl is managing a breakfast burrito, piece of watermelon, a bottle of champaign,a bottled water all while wearing #robotheart glasses and goggles; there was a beer in there somewhere but I gues he had to down that fast or give it away lol. It is pretty good to be Carl wouldn’t you say?

Eating with Ron: sorry nothing super exciting but I’m in the middle of packing. #CeasarSalad home made croutons and dressing. Dressing #anchovies, #mayo, garlic, #Worcestershire sauce, #salt, #pepper, #Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. The crouton are just toasted wheat #bread with butter and garlic salt.
